"This will reduce the amount of time our customers have to be physically present at the branch, which will reduce the level of crowding in the branch," he said.

Lim noted that with Covid-19 cases on the rise across the country, RHB has a responsibility to ensure the safety of its customers and staff at all times.

“However, we still focus on the needs of certain customer groups such as the elderly, disabled customers, pregnant women and customers with real emergencies. These customer groups can visit the branch without prior appointment and they will be served in an orderly manner ,"He says.

He said customers can make appointments using the RHB QMS mobile app, where they can make same-day appointments in real-time at any of our branches in the Klang Valley.

Through the QMS mobile app, they also receive reminders of upcoming appointments, and they can easily reschedule the appointment to a different date or time if they wish.

"While using the QMS app will greatly reduce the waiting time at our branches, we strongly encourage all customers to use our RHB internet and mobile banking services for their daily banking transactions throughout the MCO period," said Lim.

For RHB / RHB Islamic branches located outside the Klang Valley area, no prior appointment is currently required.Customers can still walk into the branch to conduct banking transactions during branch business hours.
