  • All beneficiaries of BSH Living Assistance will also have direct access to the Low-Income State Protection Scheme (MySalam), which enables low-income groups to receive Medicare care for 36 diseases without additional insurance.
  • Once the insured confirms that they suffer from the 36 diseases covered, they will receive a one-off payment of RM8,000.
  • The insured is entitled to a hospital allowance of RM50 per day for up to 14 days or RM700 during treatment in a government hospital.This can be applied for annually, but the maximum amount is RM700 per year.
