The following is the method to unbind the mobile phone number by Alipay.

Step 1: Go to the Alipay website

Click【Account Settings】→【Basic Information】→【Email】→【Add Now】▼

• Alipay unbinds the mobile phone number and adds the email login name.

Step 2: Submit the application

Enter the email account name and payment password to be added, and then click [Submit Application]▼
