What does WeChat Pay want to rely on to get out of trouble?
WeChat Pay Malaysia CEO (James Siew) told us that the simple answer is to focus on “user experience”.
WeChat Pay Malaysia has built a mock store in the experience area to show how different merchants can apply mobile payment technology.It can be seen that "user experience" is indeed their core key.
There are many futuristic concepts in the experience area. For example, vending machines can also use WeChat Pay e-wallets to check out directly without having to put coins or banknotes.
Where can Wechat Pay Malaysia still be used?
In addition, there were two other particularly eye-catching experiences at the scene, namely "Smart License Plate Recognition Fuel System (Smart Fuel)" and "Mama Online Ordering Function".
A mini concept car gas station was set up on the scene, displaying the intelligent license plate recognition refueling system.
Basically, Smart Fuel uses the WeChat Pay app to check nearby gas stations, choose the amount of fuel to buy, and complete the payment in the app.
You can then drive directly to the gas station, where the smart camera will automatically recognize your license plate number and activate the fuel pump.
The next thing is that everyone can use WeChat Pay to order food online at mama restaurants around the Klang Valley and pay instantly, the waiter will bring the food.
In this way, there is no need to wait for a waiter to place an order or wait in line for a checkout, saving time and convenience, improving service efficiency and saving merchants' labor costs.
