Delete account and log in again

Solution 1

• 1) Delete the currently logged in Google account (System Settings – Accounts and Sync – Delete Google Account)

• 2) Log back into your Google account and that’s it.

Solution 2

• 1) Clear Google Play data + cache, clear download manager data + cache.

• 2) If it still doesn't work, uninstall the Google Play update and update Google Play again.
