All eligible Malaysian citizens can apply for the People's Living Assistance from February 2 to March 1.

There are 2 ways to apply for living assistance:

• This is because before when you applied for the form, you had to provide a copy, such as pay stubs, marriage certificate, etc., but you do not need to provide these copies when you apply online.
• However, for Living Assistance payments starting in stages 2019 and 2 in 3, even if you apply online, you must upload your marriage certificate and your child's birth certificate (if available).

2019 Living Assistance Payment Conditions

According to the 2019 BSH Living Assistance System:

• Families with a monthly income of not more than RM2,000 will receive a living assistance of RM1,000;
• Families with a monthly income of RM2001 to RM3000 will receive a living assistance of RM750.
• For households with monthly income between RM3001 to RM4000, they can get RM500 living assistance.
• In addition, B40 low-income families, B18 families with children under the age of 40, will receive RM120 per child.
• There is a maximum of 4 children per family and there is no age limit for persons with disabilities.
