The summary is to "remove and retain the essence", remove the excess and leave the essence.

You can’t just rely on brain memory to make a summary, because the brain is used to feel and analyze logical theories. Good memory is not as good as bad writing. That’s the reason.

If we just use our brains to memorize, it is very time-consuming and laborious to recall the summaries we made before.

What we do is to summarize the content of a long discussion and finally summarize it into one sentence; if we can summarize it in just a few words, it is the best, hehe!

Because the road is simple and long stories are short, so the excerpts focus on summarizing, or the shorter the better.

• 3) After the summary is complete: select all the copied content in Dynalist.
• 4) MindManager mind map software: Paste the copied content into the mind map.
• 5) Develop the habit of summarizing: Otherwise, even if you learn the method of summarizing, you may not do it because of inertia.
